Why does my report say “Drives changed since”?
A report is a snapshot
A report holds the drives as they were the moment it was made. Classify a drive in its period afterwards, change a purpose, add or delete a drive, and the report no longer matches the log — so it says Drives changed since, with what the period comes to now. Made under earlier rules means odo changed how it counts, as when parking and tolls began to be added.

Renaming, copying, deleting
The … at the top of a report offers Rename, Make a copy — the same settings in a new report, to change before it is made — and Delete report, which removes its PDF and CSV and stops any emailed links. The drives themselves are never touched.
