Pro given to you by the OdoTax team. There is nothing to pay and nothing renews. Settings → Subscription shows it as Pro · gift from OdoTax, with the date it ends and the days left, if it has one. OdoTax tells you once, the next time you open it, under A gift from OdoTax. Thanks puts it away.

Ending it early
No store owns it, so it is ended from OdoTax: Settings → Subscription → End complimentary pro. The time left goes with it; it is not paused. You can subscribe at any time.
